Sachets Organza 70x90 mm Blanc x20

It is the second time I order a package of these. Last time they were delightfully well made.
This time they are not the same quality at all. The sowing is loose and there are a lot of loops and excess thread that are visible through the transparent fabric. The organza frails at the upper end.
7 of the bags are quite unusable - cut weird, not rectangular, and some even a bit dirty (?).
Low quality in great difference to the prior purchase some months ago.
